You are warmly invited to a sacred milestone in the life of our church. On Friday, September 11, 2026, at 7:30 PM, at The TAB Church in Randallstown, Maryland, the Destiny Outreach Christian Center family will gather to install Pastor Vincent L. Key Jr. and Lady Rashonda N. Key as our founding pastors.

This installation is not the beginning of a new story. It is a church saying yes, out loud, to what God has been doing all along.

In 2002, Pastor Vincent preached his first sermon at the Greater House of Faith Apostolic Church in Norfolk, Virginia, under Bishop John and Co-Pastor Judith Harrell. In 2007, he and Rashonda married and began building a life centered on faith, family, and service. From 2013 through 2024, they served faithfully at Victory in Christ Christian Center under the leadership of Bishop John and Pastor Isha Edmondson. Vincent was licensed in ministry in 2018. In 2024, they launched Destiny Outreach Ministries — monthly RESET gatherings that helped people Renew, Engage, Seek, Empower, and Thrive.

On June 8, 2025, Bishop John and Pastor Isha Edmondson officially sent the Keys out with their blessing. On September 21, 2025, Destiny Outreach Christian Center opened its doors for the first time. And on September 11, 2026, we gather to install what God has already affirmed.
