Our Team

Pastor Vince and Lady Rashonda Key are passionate servant-leaders with a heart to see people live out their God-given purpose. Married since 2007, they have built a life together centered on faith, family, and service. 

Over the years, they have faithfully served in various areas of ministry including worship, teaching, discipleship, and outreach. Their journey has been marked by obedience to God’s call, even when it required stepping into new and unfamiliar territory.

United in vision and purpose, Pastor Vincent and Lady Rashonda have a heart to see lives transformed through the power of God’s Word. Pastor Vincent carries a gift for teaching the Bible in a practical and relatable way, while Lady Rashonda has a passion for encouraging others, especially women and families, to walk confidently in God’s grace. Together, they are committed to creating a church that welcomes people from all walks of life into a community of faith, love, and growth.

In 2013, Vincent and Rashonda Key partnered with Victory in Christ Christian Center under the leadership of Bishop John and Pastor Isha Edmondson. In 2018, Vincent was licensed as a minister, and after years of training and faithful service, the Keys were officially sent out and affirmed into their next assignment on June 8, 2025, by their spiritual covering, Bishop John and Pastor Isha.

In 2024, they had already stepped out in obedience to launch Destiny Outreach Ministries, a monthly gathering designed to help people RESET: renew their minds, engage in faith, seek God’s presence, empower their lives, and thrive in purpose. Now, with the blessing of their covering, the Keys continue to carry the vision of Destiny Outreach Christian Center to build a place where everyone can encounter Jesus, grow spiritually, and connect with others in meaningful ways, reaching the lost, discipling believers, and impacting generations for Christ.

Pastor Vincent and Lady Rashonda are blessed with three wonderful children: Kayla, Kamryn, and Kaden who are an active part of their family’s ministry journey.
